You Either Have Excuses or Results

There are 45 work days left this year …we are in the home stretch right now. We said last week that we were going to run through the finish line.  As a company we are up 35%, the board is up 10%.
Some of you are doing the following…

  • Taking listings
  • Making sales
  • Calling past clients and COI
Let’s review that…….
Call all your leads, past clients and sphere between now and the rest of the year…
Use the hot market script..
When you give information you can ask for something in return like “Who do you know who might be interested in taking advantage of this great market?”
Or the tried and true “When do you plan on moving?”

Regardless of your skill level, if you simply prospect more than you presently do you’ll do more deals. If you prospected 3 hrs per work day, that is 135 hrs of prospecting. If you made 30 contacts per weekk day that is a total of 1,350 people you would talk to.
How many deals could you do if you talked to 1,350 people?
45 work days and 9 weeks left this year, 168 hrs in one week
9 weeks x 168 hours = 1,512 total hours in that period of time.
I am only asking you to prospect 135 hours,  and talk to 1,350 people.
That is less than one person per hour for the numbers of hours we have left this year.
Over the last 9 weeks our company took over 250 listings and we were involved in 400 sides.
“You either have excuses or results…the two never come together!”
Our market does not depend on market conditions, it depends on us…and our ability to take action. Take action and take control. People don’t regret the things they have done, they regret the things they have not done. Don’t regret that you did not prospect.

  • There is no such thing as a bad market, just overpriced listings, unskilled, or lazy agents
  • When you have passion and enthusiasm and a goal you are happier
  • We must be relentless. You must understand your mind is not always your friend

This week matters

We all have 168 hours in the week. Some people achieve an enormous amount within those hours. Some do little more than eat and sleep.

  • What will you do this week?
  • How will you spend them?
  • What changes will you make?
  • What actions will you take to move your life forward?

Don’t worry about what you have not done last week, last month. Let’s take advantage of the week ahead of us.

How many 5-5-10 days with you complete?

Your choice—-

Now let’s go out and make this your most productive week ever!
