Running Through The Finish Line 2015

It’s that time again to start running through the finish line:

We have 98 calendar days left so here are some words that matter. As we run through the finish line this is what’s important:

Attitude
Persistence
Stay the course
Discipline
Focus
Consistency
Today matters

There are 14 work weeks until 1/1/2016 = 98 days. In reality…. you will only work 67 days.
Take off… 1 day for thanksgiving. 1 day for Christmas, 1 day for New Year’s Day.
Work the Friday after if you want to push through the finish line and have a great end to 2015 and a fabulous start to 2016.

Work to set Yourself apart
1 work a great 8 every work day
2. Go see every expired in the markets you work
5 Spend time at the doors
3. Go preview 5 houses every work day
4. Door knock 10 doors around every expired and preview you go see
5. Make sure your past client and center of influence system is set up and working
6. Learn how to handle the objections you most had to hear coming up..

Remember that extraordinary people are just ordinary people with a little extra added on to the front!

14 work weeks
67 work days
Great 8 hrs. per wk. day = 528 work hours
5 per wk day =335 previews
5 per wk day =335 expireds at the door. Actually speaking to 30% means you will talk to 101 expireds. If you talk
to 101 how many could you get appointments with?
Set appointments with 15, take 10, sell 6 = $60,000. Wow!

335 x 2 = 670 x 10 doors = 6700 doors x 30% = 2010. How many leads could you generate if you talked to 2010 people in the next 67 days?

Let’s talk more numbers. 24 hrs in the day and you have 98 days
That is 2352 hrs 8hrs x 67 days 536
Dedicate 22.7% of your life for the next 98 days and earn X $……..

Must do’s
1. Work daily on your time management. Think of time management as time choices. What choice of activities will I do during this period of time..

Write this down
I can do anything when I put my mind to it.
Remember…
“No appointments no Sales”

Spend 90% of your time looking for sellers and 10% of your time or less looking for buyers.

2. Look for buyers and sellers everyday not occasionally…. write down
forever! That is your job “period”.

3. Pre-qualify every buyer and seller. Not just financially but emotionally. A financially qualified client who is not ready to pull the trigger is not as good as client who has to buy or sell now and will do everything needed to do to get the job done….

4. Work on making strong listing presentations. Practice, practice, practice.
Write this down… somewhere some place someone is practicing and when you meet them they will beat you. But only if you are not prepared.

5. Have the ability to start over every day. Fresh. Start over at zero.

Fight complacency …when you think you have some money in the bank, or some listings that have not sold or some pendings that have not closed. That only creates some type of comfort zone that you don’t need to be in.

Work on waking up every morning pretending you have no leads, no listings and no escrows and see if that doesn’t throw you out of bed!

Questions to be answered by you…

1. What is my level of commitment and for how long am I willing to make it?
2. Am I willing to change my mindset, my skills, and habits today?
3. How much more disciplined must I become?
4. Am I willing to fight complacency?
5. How intense am I going to be with the coaching that I am willing to receive?
6. Am I willing to give up groveling and complaining?
7. Am I willing to stay on the course and not quit the program if it doesn’t work by next Tuesday?

Put yourself in situations and with people that make you uncomfortable. If you are always in comfortable situations, you are not going to grow.

If I stay at present production for the next months will I be happy with myself?

Today matters! What you do today will make all the difference in the world for how your tomorrow looks…

You can do nothing today and have nothing tomorrow
Or
You can take action today and create a better tomorrow.
Don’t let the fear of the time it will take to accomplish something stand in the way of your doing it.
The time will pass anyway; we might just as well put that passing time to the best possible use.

You will get discouraged

The real question is what will you do about it?

How well you follow through with your plan determines your success. You make things happen only by seeing them through to the end.

Write down the word Potential.
Then write down the word limitations.
Now put a line through it.

Train yourself to focus on your potential instead of your limitations
