Quote of the week: “Hard work spotlights the character of people. Some turn up their sleeves, some turn up their noses, and some don’t turn up at all.”

Potential

The only true measure of success is the ratio between what we might have been and what we have become. Success comes as a result of growing to our potential. We have limitless potential. Few ever try to reach it, why? Because……………..we can do anything but we can’t do everything.

Solutions:

1. Concentrate on one main goal
Nobody ever reached his or her goal by scattering themselves in 20 different directions. To reach you goal you must focus. Sometimes we have to slow down to speed up. Trust our system, it works. (Watch “Knight And Day on YouTube).

We are trying to do much to fast and all that does is derail us.
We over estimate what we can accomplish in twelve months and way under estimate what we can do in 5 years.

2. Concentrate on continual improvement…
Learn something new everyday.
Preview a property. You will learn about one more property;
Go see an FSBO;
Practice your scripts;
Learn more about the school districts;
Exercise so you can have the energy to make a powerful presentation;
Practice your craft daily;
Commitment to continued improvement is the key to your potential of being successful.

3. Forget the past. Your past is not a predictor of your future.
Because you came from a poor family doesn’t mean you have to stay poor;
Because you have not learned how to handle money does don’t mean it has to always be that way;
Because you have not learned your scripts and dialogues does not mean you can’t start learning them today;
Because you allow interruptions in prospecting does not mean you cannot change your behavior;
No matter what you have faced in the past you have the potential to overcome it.

Read The Traveler’s Gift.

4. Focus on the future
Your potential lies ahead of you whether you are 18, 48 or 68. You can become better tomorrow than you are today.

Winners and looser what they do with time
Losers Winners
They kill time they use time
They waste time they spent time
They lose time they value time
They let time slip away they organize their time
They take time for granted they treasure time
They can’t find time they make time

Always concentrate on the most valuable use of your time. This is what separates the winner’s from the losers.

5.Stop waiting. You may have a million reasons not to get started now. In a month, a year or 5 years from now you may have only one regret, and that is that you did not start now. You still have time you can still list a home it can still sell and it can still close before year end or worse case scenario it closes in January.

Today matters!
To work to your potential we must look at what we are doing every day, to change your life you must change something you do daily. How you spend the next twenty-four hours will speak volumes about how your future will evolve and weather or not you will start on the path to reach you full potential.

Now let’s go out and make this your best week every!
