  • How will achieving that goal this month improve my life?

Build the plan…the plan should look like this:

Determine how many complete past client and centers of influence you have in your database with:

  • Complete addresses
  • Email addresses
  • Cell phone numbers
  • A good land line that they answer

How many with cell number only?
How many e mail address only?

In the next 20 work days…Between now and the Superstar Retreat…

  1. Send 3 emails to past clients (1 per week).
  2. Send 1 set of snail mail post cards.

Core facts:

  • We want you to call all of your past client and centers of influence
  • 10 contacts per work day x 20 days = 200 contacts
  • + 1 mail contact + 3 email contacts as noted above.

So 200 of your past clients and center of influence will be touched 4 times before the Superstar Retreat

  • Use the Hot Market script
  • Go to one Blitz per week
  • 4 blitzes in next 20 work days
  • Preview 5 per day 5 days a week
  • See expireds at the door 5 per week

If you want to know how to create a positive change in your life, you should consider your major influences. The books you read as well as the type of people you interact with all influence your values and shape you.

If you hang out with a group of positive-minded individuals who believe in taking responsibility for their lives, you will be more inclined to grow in a positive direction.

Consider this exercise: Ask yourself the following questions.

          • What kind of person do I want to be?
          • What is the ideal self I would like to become and what are the qualities I want to possess?
          • Who are the five people I know who embody these qualities?
          • Who are the 5 people I spend most of my time with?
          • Do these people match who I want to become in the future?  Do they elevate me or bring me down?
          • Are my friends proactive?
          • Do they strive to make a contribution somewhere?
          • Do they associate with wholesome activities? Do my peers have a healthy balance between work, social, family and their community?
          • Are they strictly interested in their own success or do they also reach out to assist others?

Plato said, “People are like earth. They can either nourish you and help you grow as a person or they can stunt your growth and make you wilt and die.”

Neil says “In life you are either an example or a warning.”

Lets get much more serious about our business in the 2nd half. 

Life is serious… we need to be serious!

You cannot insure that you will do all the sales and listings that one would like to do… however you have total control over the number of days you work, the number of contacts you make, the number of past clients and centers of influence you talk to, the amount of hours you practice your scripts, the numbers of houses you preview, the number of expireds you see and the amount of effort you put forth.

You have complete control over all of that!

Discipline is my fuel and…

My commitment is the attitude that says no matter what the road looks like… I will get to my destination.
