Be Relentless and Unstoppable

We have choices everyday while we are in the Real Estate business.

What’s Important: Understanding the value of the accumulation effect on my business. If you do anything regularly for a long period of time, it will create results over time.

  1. Know that the market does not determine if I make my goal, it does determine what I have to do in order to make my goal.
  2. Intense daily Practice not just to learn, but to become better..

Waste money and you’ve only wasted money.  Waste time and you’ve waste part of your life.

Running through the finish line:

We must work to be relentless and unstoppable

You must be easy to start and hard to stop

What would your next level look like?

Maybe our next level is only one more sale or one more listing taken

What if that sale or that listing closed and you got paid? How much money would that be and what would that feel like?

Would it feel good or bad?

Would you be proud of that or would that embarrass you?

Would you feel good about being able to help out a family member during the holidays or how about this?….. pay for your parents mortgage this month or… better yet… pay it off? How would that feel??

What about helping your kids out if they were struggling? Take the family on a last minute trip to  the place of your dreams? That would be a special Christmas gift!

How about a new watch, new car, new house, or…. how about just paying off a bill or two that is bugging or embarrassing you?

You can still do. You can still list a property, get it into escrow and get it closed before years end.

You have to be relentless and unstoppable for the next  43 work days 9 work weeks! That’s all you have to do!

In life, there are always rules we have to follow if we expect to succeed at a high level. Here are 7 of them …

a. Find people to buy and sell Real Estate … you can’t have too many prospects.

b. Follow up with them daily … the more often the better.

c. Qualify them carefully … you can’t know too much about them.

d. Go on presentations daily … the more often the better.

e. Close them … they will sign if you make a great presentation.

f. Negotiate with them … this is where we get paid.

g. Start over again everyday … this is how we build a long-term business.

Questions to ask yourself before you leave the meeting today: 

In the next 43 wk days…

How many days will you work?

How many people will you talk to?

How many will be past clients?

How many new contacts?

How much time will you spend with intense lead follow up?

How many open houses will you hold open?

How many appointments will you go on?

How many listings will you take?

How many sales will you make?

Question…

Will those activities and goals be enough to provide the Christmas you want for your family?

In order to run through the finish line we must work to be relentless and unstoppable!
