If you are new to door knocking, to prepare, you will want to have the following:

1. Script; we recommend a modified Just Sold script we call the “Hot Market Script”. Contact one our coaches. Or, visit www.MikeFerry.com and under Products select Complimentary Downloads and get the Just Listed/Just Sold Script. Practice your script for 30 minutes before you start if you can.
2. Handout; best is a great listing in the city you are going to prospect. Most MLS systems will let you print it out with your contact information. Expect to need about 75 in 3 hours.
3. Energy/enthusiasm. That’s what sells.
