Question….
When we think of selling seasons, what season do you think is the best season of the year for the real estate market?

How many say Summer?
How many say Spring?
How many say Winter?
How many say Fall?

I say Winter.
Let me prove it to you.

Most of the year there are lots of agents, buyers and offers. More competition with getting clients and getting offers accepted.

As the year progresses into winter…
The number of listings tends to drop. Also, the number of agents working tends to drop. This is a much better time of the year to do business.

Last week you had 98 calendar days left with 31 days off.
Now, you have 13 weeks… 91 calendar days and 28 days off.
This week let’s do our job in total..no fail.
Fill out the weekly goal sheet and turn it into your coach today….

Which of the following words reignites you the most for the balance of the year?

Attitude
Persistence
Stay the course
Discipline
Focus
Consistency

Many of us spent the better part of the last 4 dyas of last week with Ron Cronin. We learned a lot and Ron reminded us…
To change your life… you must change.
You must set yourself apart.
To do that you need to take action like you never have before.

Every week I talk about our system for success …
Would you agree that if you….
Made 40 contacts a day for 60 work days
And practiced the scripts on what to say and how to say it 30 min to 1 hour a day for 60 work days
And previewed 5 houses a day for 60 work days
And followed up regularly and intensely on your leads
And regularly and intensely followed up on you center of influence and past clients…
You could sell and list 2 to 10 homes maybe more?
Do you agree with me that working that system would work well for you?

The only reason you don’t reach your potential is the story you are telling yourself as to why you cannot reach it.
We have a system that works (when you work it).
I give suggestions and examples every week as to what to do or how to implement the system into your daily life.

Some of you put the ideas into action some of you take some of the ideas and put that into action. Some of you listen, nod ya, “I can see that,” and say to yourselves, “Yes I can see how that works”, and yet continue to do the activities you have been doing that have not lead you to the results you wanted out of your business.

Would you agree that that happens sometimes?

Any ideas as to why that happens?

“Some of these ideas take time to implement and I don’t have time now to do it. I have family commitments. I have other things to do. Not urgent. I have time to do it some other time.” Do you ever say these things to yourself?

All growth requires change.
All change is uncomfortable.
But…You don’t believe me.
You think you know better.

Or… Maybe you’re okay with where you are in life.

The only reason you don’t reach your potential is the story you are telling yourself as to why you cannot reach it.

Change the story …change the activities…change your life.

A coach is someone who tells you what you don’t want to hear and has you see what you don’t want to see, so you can become the person you have always known you can become.

Write this down “ I have too many options.”
Many of you went into real estate to be your own boss.
Well be one….be the boss ….. if you don’t do your job you should fire yourself!
