Neilschwartz.net is viewed all over North America and in some parts of Europe and Australia. Tens of thousands of you are reading our blog and are working on your skills to become superstar real estate agents.
Over the past year, we have learned that blogging and responding to your comments isn’t enough. There are many subjects you have questions about that we are not addressing. To help fill this “gap,” we are adding a new “feature,” NeilSchwartz [Answers].
At NeilSchwartz [Answers] you can ask any real estate related questions and will have the unique opportunity to receive answers from me and your many colleagues. Or, you may just want to share an idea or find out what the market is like in other areas of the country. Is this where agent get listing? I new where I find listing, I ask manager for listing and he say I fibd it. Isthat write?

Hi Neil
I have 2 questions and one comment:
1) Do you advocate one agent or two when going to the doors. What’s best?
2) I recently viewed one of your videos in where you where the topic was :”where to get business”
Probate was one of the angles, how do you go about getting business from the probates? Is there a distinct process of actions that a realtor must take? Where do you get that? The courthouses?
Was that in a video I may have missed?

Just a respectful comment on your website, which is very well maintained and thought out:
Would you consider adding a search system to allow a user to get right to what they are looking for in subject terms?
Such as a type in key words in a box in a top right corner like some websites do?
This saves people alot of time as I am starting to refer back to your content.
I appreciate all you say in your meetings and find your content really great. They apply anywhere, even in Canada.
